1. Organisateur du concours

Le concours « Calendrier de l’Avent Targo 2025 » est organisé par Targo Communications Inc., ci-après désignée « Targo ».

2. Période du concours

Le concours se déroule du 1er au 25 décembre 2025, avec un tirage quotidien.

3. Admissibilité

Le concours est ouvert à :

• Toute personne résidant dans la zone desservie par Targo, qu’elle soit cliente ou non.

• Cela inclut : Dundee, Saint-Anicet, Sainte-Barbe, Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, Godmanchester, Huntingdon, Sainte-Étienne-de-Beauharnois, Hinchinbrooke, Ormstown, Franklin (Saint-Antoine-Abbé), Havelock, Hemmingford, Saint-Chrysostome, Sherrington, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Lacolle, Napierville, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Sainte-Clotilde-de-Châteauguay.

Exclusion :

• Les employés de Targo ne sont pas admissibles, selon la politique interne.

4. Description des prix

4.1 Tirages quotidiens

Chaque jour, un participant sera tiré au sort et remportera un certificat-cadeau de 100 $, valide chez les commerces locaux partenaires.

4.2 Grand prix

Un grand prix final sera remis à la fin du concours.
Les détails seront annoncés ultérieurement.

5. Comment participer

Pour s’inscrire :

• Remplir le formulaire d’inscription accessible à targo.ca/concours.

• Chaque inscription donne 1 chance automatique au tirage du jour.

6. Chances supplémentaires

6.1 Nouvelle installation et référence

• 6.1.1 Toute personne prévoyant une nouvelle installation entre le 1er et le 31 décembre obtient 5 chances supplémentaires.

• 6.1.2 Tout client actuel qui réfère une nouvelle installation effectuée entre le 1er et le 31 décembre reçoit aussi 5 chances supplémentaires.

7. Sélection des gagnants

Un tirage aléatoire est effectué chaque jour parmi toutes les participations admissibles.
Les chances s’additionnent selon les modalités de la section 6.

8. Conditions générales

• Aucune obligation d’achat.

• Les prix ne sont ni échangeables, ni monnayables.

• Targo peut modifier, suspendre ou annuler le concours en cas de circonstances imprévues.

• Les gagnants acceptent que leur prénom et leur municipalité soient publiés dans l’annonce des gagnants.

• Les participants acceptent que leurs coordonnées soient utilisées par TARGO pour communiquer avec eux.

9. Acceptation des termes

La participation au concours implique l’acceptation de l’ensemble des présents Termes et Conditions.

1. Contest Organizer

The “Targo Advent Calendar 2025” contest is organized by Targo Communications Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Targo.”

2. Contest Period

The contest runs from December 1 to December 25, 2025, with a daily draw.

3. Eligibility

The contest is open to:

• Any person residing in the area served by Targo, whether they are a customer or not.

• This includes: Dundee, Saint-Anicet, Sainte-Barbe, Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, Godmanchester, Huntingdon, Sainte-Étienne-de-Beauharnois, Hinchinbrooke, Ormstown, Franklin (Saint-Antoine-Abbé), Havelock, Hemmingford, Saint-Chrysostome, Sherrington, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Lacolle, Napierville, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Sainte-Clotilde-de-Châteauguay.

Exclusions:

• Targo employees are not eligible, in accordance with internal company policy.

4. Prize Description

4.1 Daily Draws

Each day, one participant will be randomly selected to win a $100 gift certificate redeemable at participating local businesses.

4.2 Grand Prize

A final grand prize will be awarded at the end of the contest period.
Additional details will be announced at a later date.

5. How to Enter

To enter:

• Complete the registration form at targo.ca/concours.

• Each registration automatically grants 1 chance in the daily draw.

6. Additional Chances

6.1 New Installation and Referral

• 6.1.1 Anyone scheduling a new installation with Targo between December 1 and December 31 will receive 5 additional chances.

• 6.1.2 Any current Targo customer who refers a new customer installed between December 1 and December 31 will also receive 5 additional chances.

7. Winner Selection

A random draw will be held each day from all eligible entries.
Chances accumulate as described in section 6.

8. General Conditions

• No purchase required.

• Prizes are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

• Targo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• By participating, winners agree that their first name and municipality may be published for announcement purposes.

• Participants accept that their informations will be used by TARGO to communicate with them. 

9. Acceptance of Terms

Entering the contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
